As a 767 pilot himself, my friend helped me with creating a new throttle lever which is much closer to the Boeing variant. He shared several photos from his actual cockpit. While this doesn’t translate to other makes like Airbus, etc, I believe it gives a much less “toy” impression, and serves to be smooth and functional as the throttle lever is 3 part now.
